*knee bothered me this morning, so I ran with my knee strap. Pain subsides at the faster paces, but kind of lingers on the easy pace. Felt pretty good about the knee though, hopefully breaking up some controlled runs at 6 min. pace will help me get some fitness back and not stress my knee out too much!
