*I'm not used to the 'longer' workouts like this (16 miles!) but I think I can learn to embrace them. It is definately an aspect of my fitness that I need to improve upon!

Legs have been heavy prepping for the lv marathon, so this was a recovery week. Took the opportunity to run an evening race to figure out my nutrition for lv. Good inaugural race... was surprised to break away from the small group so early. Held the pace the entire race. It was refreshing to run a good flat course in Utah!
